Well, my main point is that I doubt they'll ever get anywhere near the 1 billion totally diluted. Since we currently sit at around 60 million outstanding, I would think they can accomplish everything I outlined in my previous post and still have an outstanding of 250 million or less. And as you said, if converted shares are used to add to the value of the company, then we can all win.

If you look at the folks running this with both PELE and Stratus, you'll find some impressive business people and NO pink sheet scam artist like in most pink sheet stocks. I have all the faith in the world these guys will do the right things.
