We should know Richardson Core results very soon ... during the CC, Mr. Cunningham said they should be in before the end of the year.

The interesting question will be ... then what?!?!

If they are inconclusive ... US Gold (UXG) has already stated they plan to continue Drilling in May ... we sit and wait

If they are positive ... as I posted on Investor Village:

They are paying $500K to Tri-Valley, and Investing $5M in Exploration Expenses ... to get 60% of Richardson; with 100% give back, if terminated. That is half of the entire Market Cap of TIV, for a percentage of one of its Assets!!!

It will be very interesting to see what UXG does ... if they get a strong positive result from those "three completed core holes". TIV will still Own 40% ... and has no Cash to move forward on Richardson. Does UXG carry TIV's weight ... Buy-Out the remaining 40% ... or Buy-Out TIV, and get Shorty Creek too???

US Gold is a very aggressive Company with big plans (e.g. they want to be in the S&P 500, Merging with Minera Andes Inc). In UXG's PR's, and Investor Presentations, they like to state how their Projects are 'Diversified', and they Own 100%

I suspect they would at least make a Stock Offering (i.e. save their Cash for Exploration) for Richardson ... and possibly all of Select (i.e. Shorty Creek, too). Tri-Valley could Sell the UXG Stock, or use it as Collateral, for a Low Interest Loan to further develop Claflin
