I'll grant you that the taxes and "reform" to justify socializing something like 1/3 of the economy will satisfy me as constituting "excessive regulation"...

I'm not anything but a free market advocate... I'm just not buying that the only alternative to having socialism smothering the free markets that we're offered... is "crony capitalism" smothering the markets to enable profits for a few who are well connected.

The two are the same thing, basically, only with different gangs in charge...

A free market doesn't exist where there is fraud... whether the fraud offered is brand X or brand Y.

A free market is "the right rules, properly enforced"... no fraud.
