Looks like a franchisee/distributor uprising. 700+ angry comments, most from failed or failing Matco Tools distributors threatening lawsuits:

There's one class-action lawsuit already underway alleging that Matco Tools and TD Bank conspired on getting SBA Loans they knew were doomed to fail:

Another post claims that Matco recruits new distributors, sets them up to fail so they can replace them and reap the rewards of the large upfront purchases of new distributors:

Looks like 2012 might be a turbulent year for Matco Tools.
