It was pretty obvious the previous deal wasnt working out. Its common for deals to fail in this arena and for new deals to take place. Someone probably just bought BDCM and facilitated a new deal.


I see nothing wrong with a foreign purchase. There is nothing strange about that.


Being a pink sheet I dont believe they are required to release CEO changes.


Are you implying that this is a fake PR or something along those lines?
