He served as the President of Royal Invest International Corp. and also its Chief Executive Officer until November 2006. He served as a Secretary of Royal Invest International Corp. since December 2004. He served as Corporate Secretary and General and Securities Counsel of Genmed Holding Corp. Atty. Gruenbaum served as a Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of Heartland Inc. (Formerly, International Wireless Inc.) from December 2001 to September 18, 2007. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Heartland Inc. from June 17, 2004 to September 18, 2007, and Principal Accounting Officer until September 18, 2007, and also served as its Interim Chief Financial Officer from May 2006 to September 18, 2007. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Fayber Group, Inc. (formerly, Infinity Capital Group, Inc.) until October 2005. He served as the President of Readen Holding Corp. (formerly Wellux International Inc. (formerly, Beacon Light Holding Corp.)) since 1997 and also served as its Secretary and Treasurer. Atty. Gruenbaum served as a Secretary of Wah King Invest Corp. Atty. Gruenbaum served as a General Counsel of Wah King Invest Corp. since December 2004. He served as the President and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of a multinational publicly-traded company with operations in Hong Kong and the Netherlands. He served as Compliance Director for CIGNA Securities, a division of CIGNA Insurance. Atty. Gruenbaum has been admitted to practice law since 1979 and is a licensed attorney in various states including the States of Massachusetts and Connecticut where he maintains his practice, specializing in Securities Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Law, Tax Law, International Law and Franchise Law. He worked for the tax departments for KPMMG Peat Marwick LLP (formerly, Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co.) and Arthur Anderson LLP (formerly, Arthur Anderson & Co.). He served as Chairman of the Board of Wellux International Inc. from 1997 to 1999. He has been a Director of Royal Invest International Corp. since December 2004. He serves as a Director of Benchmark Global Capital Group and Concordis Group, Inc. He served as a Director of Heartland Inc., from November 12, 2003 to March 10, 2008. He served as a Director of Wellux International Inc., since 1997. He has lectured and taught at various Universities throughout the United States in the areas of Industrial and financial Accounting, taxation, business law, and investments. Atty. Gruenbaum is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Atty. Gruenbaum maintains a securities licenses Series of 3, 4, 7, 24, 27, 53, 63 and 65 licenses. Atty. Gruenbaum graduated with a B.S. degree from Brooklyn College - C.U.N.Y. Brooklyn, New York. He holds a M.S. degree in Accounting from Northeastern University Graduate School of Professional Accounting, Boston, Massachusetts and has a J.D. degree from Western New England College School of Law, Springfield, Massachusetts and an LL.M. in Tax Law from the University of Miami School of Law, Coral Gables, Florida.
