I think that within 10 years, pecan prices will be 5 fold from today prices. I am not saying that it will go on forever, as I expect much more foreign planting to come to pass - but folks should be able to get in now (near the bottom) and ride it up for 10 years or so - then, specialty furniture when nearly NO ONE is selling pecan trees for wood!
