2 trees for those who may want to do some farming:
Pecans and olives.
Pecans - look to plant in well drained areas slightly north of major current areas, esp near flood plains in the mid-west. Growing global demand for this nut (only major nut native to US... US grows about 80% of world supply) I see much drought problems continuing for current US trees.
Olives - for specialty olive oil - some places cheap in NW part of US that will support the trees and provides unique flavors for gourmet mrkt.
