HLNT/NIR/Walters Lawsuits Update:

There was a Status Conference on the 10th of November, but there has
not been any information posted to the SCROLL system yet. The last
actions were the submission of "Commission" documents by HLNT's
lawyers to depose Humphries, Walters and Walters companies in the
states in which they reside. This could take several months as the Com-
mission documents must be forwarded to the State (for Walters, this is
California) in which the witnesses reside, and the State must go though
its own legal process to subpeona the witnesses for the depositions.

In the Texas case filed by Walters, there has been no updates to the
PACER System since September the 8th.

For now, the best that everyone can do is enjoy the Thanksgiving weekend.
