Looks like today's action was an ad hoc pump/dump operation by a couple of individuals. Manipulation of CTGI bid, flashing sizes on and off like a firefly, was a dead giveaway of sleight of hand. Too bad for those who followed the blinking neon signs into the quicksand. Money wasted on this dog headed for the grey sheets will hardly be recovered.
