For those of you new, NTRZ is not just a food company that turns low grade animal feed and waste into the most nutritious food pound per pound on the planet, stabilized rice bran, but NTRZ is also getting into nutraceuticals and pahrma. They had a firm, Herbal Science making deep extracts to be used in nutraceuticals and pharma. They had three main targets, joint pain, diabetes, and AIDS(Immune system). There are natural parts of rice bran very beneficial for some diseases.

A NutraCea diabetes patent posted in German at the European patent office was just found by another poster, bigbass. Definitely for a reason, as this is a current USA patent from a while back.. My guess this is in advance of a nutraceutical/pharma deal with DSM. DSM is the best fit, but Short said we'd have a deal with a partner of DSM or Beneo. I suspect that was a cover statement. he could not come out and say DSM. It was touted many times that NTRZ had product made from Herbal Science extracts for a pain product, diabetes, and AIDS(immune system).

As well there are new trademarks for three product not announced, BiFlexin, Healthy Body and Every Body. I ask CEO Short about the BiFlexin at the Octover CC and he confirmed it would come out later this year. I hope it is tied to the "Fast to Market" Rice protein DSM deal. Many of the expired trademarks on the 4 page link below have eith had name changes or now patented.
