The old saying, "speak little, say much" applies in stocks too. 20 PRs in one year is not impressive unless they carry weight. However, the majority of times, 20 PRs equal lotsa dilution, which I just haven't seen here....yet. Keep in mind, I haven't bothered to research the entire history here. Most plays I touch, only have 3 month lives, as far as I'm concerned. It's been years since I played a stock for more than 3 months.
