Spoke to clay today about a few small topics....

1) i asked him about ASHER NOTE that VFIN is off the ask for 2 days now what is the status of the final note?
A- VFIN is not converting shares and asher is nothing to worry about anymore. has to be paid off if nothing to worry about..

2) I also asked him if he was was planning on releasing that to the public stating the 6th note was out of the way.

A- they are working on the Q and will be releasing information prior to Thanksgiving. he stated he is very excited for what they have coming but could not release that to me which i am fully ok with.

3) I asked about the DOT...
A- we are currently awaiting information back from them and they are expecting to see something in the next few weeks on that.

IMO after the Q is release i think we will see a lot of information being release. this is IMO but if you think about it why release news while a note is converting... ASHER OUT and news about to start hitting
