Mr.xxxxxxxxxx yes, we are their auditor. The year-end 12/31/10 financials and 10-K ar ein the process of being finished up. The audit is pretty much completed - company is working on the footnotes to the financials and on the 10-K.

Thankyou for your promp reply. After doing some DD to find out why they have not filed I found that they had not payed the previous accountant a very large sum of money. Are you aware of this?
