They've never said they were canceling shares, correct? I haven't seen a BK plan. Anyone know? All I am aware of is that JLIC is trying to get $450K from (forget who, it's in the threads here), and they are supposed to be going to arbitration. Beyond that, what is going on with this? I am wishing that this is one of those little sleeper surpise stories and we just pop to the skies. Looks pretty tight.
