A Constitutional Republic as defined by the U.S. Constitution can only operate in a 'moral' society---in other words---a citizenry that understands the concept of the 'Golden Rule'*. It is for this reason that the system is failing.

Until the beliefs of the masses are more in tune with the realities of the 'laws' of this Universe, no system of gov't can function adequately, let alone for the benefit of the governed.

Fear is necessary for authorities to exist. As long as authorities exist, we are failing as individuals to become what we truly are-----LOVE*-----

Until we cease to identify with segregating categorizations, we remain condemned to descend into the bottomless pit of hope & fear.

*However you desire to be treated, do so likewise.
