GHENT, BELGIUM--(Marketwire - Nov 15, 2011) - Remedent, Inc. ("Remedent" or the "Company") (OTCBB: REMI), an international company specializing in research, development, and the manufacturing of oral care and cosmetic products, announced today that it filed a Form 12b-25, Notification of Late Filing, with the Securities and Exchange Commission with regard to its form 10-Q report for the quarter ended September 30, 2011. This allows the Company an additional 5 business days to file the form 10-Q which otherwise would be due on November 14, 2011. The Company expects to file the 10-Q on or before November 21, 2011. In addition, the Company will host a conference call on Wednesday, November 30 at 11 AM Eastern Standard Time to discuss the operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2011. Details of the conference call are outlined below.
