Very typical of the way this company has been run. To reward management for total nonperformance is a total disgrace. Tell me please how many on this board have a profit in EXS? I venture to guess that most of us are down 50% or more. This is a total slap in our face. Frankly, it sends a message to current investors to go ahead and sell your stock. In my view, this is reason for shareholders to band together and have management replaced. They sure the heck are not working for us!
