What due diligence on this company have you done? What do you know of what is being done at the terminal site? I was there. GMND is working closely with this oil terminal( Sunoco has little to do with this type of activity-it is only a pipeline servicing company).

Another poster complains of no audits when the company all of a sudden completes not only all its financials but its disclosure statement to obviously go from stop to Current Info on Pinks.

When the news of revenues comes out and this stock is 10 cents these same 'analysts' will analyze why it is worth so much too.

The terminal sits on the biggest energy find of the century and this terminal is the only one of its kind in eastern USA shale deposits at a major river. Water purification work is being done here and GMND will greatly benefit financially and in many other ways because of it. I have followed this facility for over one year and I am excited at the current prospects.

As for T Boone Pickens... the industry of Natural gas does not start and stop with exploration. It involves all the servicing and other sub areas as well. They include pipelines, distribution, off take hubs, water purification, frac technology, and many other areas.

The owners of this terminal are involved in his organization and promotion of natural gas. Did you know that the New York Times just had a front page news story of new NG pipelines for this Marcellus Shale find and that is the biggest thing in the USA future hiring ?
