What's in a merger for shareholders?I have read the 8k twice and still don't get the ramifications of the proposal.Will this new entity in which SDSS shareholders will have a 15% stake be a public co.?I see a statement that a$5000 minimum is required.Does this mean that investors with less stock will be bought out?
If anyone has spoken to IR will they please post results of conversation.
