At some point the company provided the information to Otcmarkets that the DAD/PAL sponsor should be changed from Anslow + Jaclin, LLP to Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference Anslow LLP.

However, as has been pointed out, neither firm has been referenced on the most recent filings.

It's my recollection that there must be a DAD/PAL firm associated with the company in order for it to maintain its OTCQX position. It will be interesting to see who, if anyone, will be listed on the first page of the coming 10Q under "Copies of communications to:".

I'm tryin ta think but nuttin happens......Curly
