The news today is an example of what Baron does. They invest in small cap companies. Baron uses OTHER COMPANIES AGED DEBT to make cash to get the OTHER company rolling. IN this case the OTHER COMPANY will purchase shares BACK from BARON to complete THEIR OWN R/M. Baron will be workin with many OTHER COMPANIES. This is what Baron does. PR today was to show that they have alreadt begun fielding clients and making plans for long terms profits. Where profit percentages are already built into every deal they do. And the better the company they are working with does, the more the profit margin will go up.
