In 2001 Mr. Lewis had been selected as the new Deputy Associate Administrator for the Office of Enterprise Development at the General Services Administration (GSA).
Today the GSA has the following responisbilty:
GSA is using $5.5 billion in Recovery Act funds to convert federal buildings to high-performance green buildings and to build new, energy-efficient federal offices, courthouses and land ports of entry.
