Everyone is waiting to hear from the company via PR or 8k, that's obvious. I just talked to Rob and Harry concerning this and they assured me that there is a ton of info to be disseminated and the only delay is the fact that they are working closely with KY, and it is vital the state signs off on what is made public. Seems this is all they are going to relay to anyone at the moment, but again they reassured that all is on track. Bottom line is that it just cannot be forced, so a little more patience and we should see what the timeline dictates. I get the sense that this needs to be done in a relatively short time frame because of certain deadlines or target dates which must be met in order to move forward. All we can do here is wait. In other words, they get certain things done, we reap the benefits as shareholders. The company has made all the moves it said it would so far, and indicated that it is extremely important they follow the correct path to reach the goal. Notice too, no fluffy PR's, only factual 8k's have been put out to date. I suspect we see the next moves to increase validation of USFF's commitment and ability to perform.
