Patrick A. Galliher | CEO/Director
Mr. Galliher has been employed in management positions in the private sector since leaving the United States Navy in 1985. His experience includes both retail and wholesale sales as the owner of a retail computer store and as the district manager of a wholesale supply company. In 1986 Pat returned to his hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada to found PLK, Inc., a surety bonding company. After selling PLK, Inc. in 1989, Mr. Galliher moved to San Diego, where he founded a company that sold computerized sign making equipment and supplies. This company evolved into a regional computer parts distributer, setting the stage for RMD Technologies, Inc. Pat has served as the CEO of RMD Technologies, Inc. since its inception in 2001. In 2007, his leadership resulted in the company becoming publicly traded under the symbol RMDT. In 2004, Pat was elected to the City Council of a small California city, and served as its Mayor in 2007. He maintains excellent working relationships with a number of elected and appointed government officials.

Suzanne E. Galliher | CAO/Director
Ms. Galliher earned her Master’s of Business Administration degree in 1992. She served in management positions at National University while earning her Master’s in Special Education. Suzanne then used her skills teaching Special Education in San Diego’s inner city neighborhood. In 2001, Ms. Galliher joined RMD Technologies, Inc full time.

Darrell Johnson | Director
Mr. Johnson is the Founder and President of Psiber Data systems, Inc. a San Diego, California based manufacturer of network test equipment. Psiber’s product line is featured in the GSA catalog and is sold worldwide. Their products include numerous patented devices that are designed in the United States, manufactured in China and imported for final assembly.Darrel joined the board of directors in 2008.

Sean Galliher | Director
Mr. Galliher is the founder and CEO of Advanced Solutions, a firm specializing in providing IT services for mid to large businesses and government agencies. A NEC Solutions Provider, Advanced Solutions provides Internet, Intranet, and Extranet Strategies to a growing number of California companies. Mr. Galliher has provided the leadership to grow Advanced Solutions into a premier provider of Information Technology services in California. Sean earned his BA from UNLV and has since been awarded numerous Masters Degrees in the computer sciences. Sean joined the Board of Directors in 2008.

Scott E. Snyder | Director
Mr. Snyder earned a BSEE at CSU Long Beach and his JD from Western State University College of Law. Scott has been a member of the California State Bar since 1991. </p>\n<p>During his nineteen years at Hewlett Packard, Scott worked as an electrical engineer and Business Practice Manager. In 2000 Scott joined Alerts.com, serving as the VP of Operations, following the sale of this company in 2002 he joined Meeks Technology Group as President and COO. In 2004, drawing upon his thirteen years as an real estate investor in the Raleigh, NC area, Scott founded Raleigh Investment Real Estate where he continues to serve as broker and managing partner.Scott Joined the Board of Directors in 2009

Mitchell Birenbaum | Operations Manager
Mr. Birenbaum has served as RMD Technologies, Inc.'s Operations Manager since 2008. Mitch has over 35 years experience in industries including manufacturing, distribution and consulting. These include manufacturing and distribution, apparel, franchise and internet marketing businesses. Mitch has also founded and operated companies involved in finance and entertainment. Mr. Birenbaum has a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Operations and Management from Temple University.
