"Thank you for your interest in EnviroXtract. Unfortunately, we are
currently prohibited from publishing photographs of our proprietary
technologies under terms of our licensing agreement. However, this
subject is being discussed with the licensor in hopes of being able to
update the Company's website with benign equipment photos that we also
believe would be beneficial to shareholders, but no final approval has
been received at this time.

We are still in the process of de-installing the equipment in our
Florida facility that will be relocated to Arizona. It is still too
early in the process to predict a start-up date in Arizona. I can
assure you that we are proceeding as quickly as possible.

Initial ore processing for the Silver Cord Mine will most likely be
contracted out to local processors until our processing facility and
operations are in place and ready to take over. There should be no
delays in mining production or ore processing for the Silver Cord due
to the relocation. Like you, we want to see revenues generated from
the Silver Cord as soon as possible.

We hope to provide more public information on continuing developments
with EnviroXtract and its partners very soon. Stay tuned."
