I find it interesting that the SP was taken down on larger than normal volume for a couple of weeks prior to this announcement. Probably allowed some buying for 'friends' or such and chased a few holders out of the runing. Ive been a long time holder of DAY, sold out on the announcement for a small loss. I wonder if inconsistencies will be found in the deal. If one had bought Friday youd have a 120% premium, but then only 40% over the last 60 days SP. Curious.
