…to correct a comment by IG, the law still presumes validity in favor of the patentee.

I don’t normally read the posts by investorgold, so I missed that error. You’re correct, of course, about the burden of proof with respect to patent validity. Investorgold doesn’t even realize that a preliminary injunction precedes the start of a trial (#msg-67819525), so it’s hardly surprising that he erred on the burden-of-proof issue. Regards, Dew
