As for being an employee of Aerius I am as much an employee of Aerius as any other member of this "start up." Time invested of 4 years plus in marketing research and product spec requirements.

It's my understanding that even though Aerius refers to you as VP, International Sales, you do not receive any salary or benefits from and that you would only receive compensation based upon commission of actual prodoucts sold. However, until or unless Aerius actually has products that you can sell, it's my understanding that you would receive no compensation.

Aerius has never had a product to sell in its entire history so what are your daily duties as the supposed VP of International Sales? It seems you are just a name that Aerius quotes to sound like it has an actualy company.

Is my understanding of your role and comepensation incorrect?

Do you actually receive current compensation and benefits as a supposed employee of Aerius as you claim?

If so, please explain your compensation. Is it in stock?
