Not true a company can buy at the bid or the last transaction whichever is higher! That being said, the amount of shares that are being bought back I can't blame him for buying at the bid. Keep this in mind also... big block sells at the bid are being sold to someone who BUYS those shares. Are the huge sells at the bid being bought by the CEO..............
