BUSY bee$$$$$$$$$$$$

The weather in Texas is pretty bad for now but as reported earlier we are upgrading the electric to the Henry Sayles lease, installing new electric boxes, new poles, motors etc...etc....to bring the 14 wells online...
Now we are also invloved in getting the 6 wells on the Justice lease up and running....

THEN we wll be focusing on the lazering in on our state of the ART

((((((LiVe BRoCasT))))))

of the drilling process of our first new well available for investment in 5% working interest the Diamond A-1.
NO more wondering:

ARE they drilling?
Are they there?
What's happening to my investment?
How far along are they?

ONE click of the mouse and you will be RIGHT at the drill site!!
Then you can ask questions.....or watch or both!

PROJECT 1, HENRY SAYLES JR. LEASE:

We are now in the process of completing the necessary processes on our Verify page.

The Official Private Placement Memorandum for the Henry Sayles Jr. Lease, The Diamond A-1 well, is available, via an Email download to those expressing an interest in receiving this outstanding investment opportunity!

To receive the Henry Sayles Jr. Private Placement Memorandum for the Diamond A-1 well, go to the Contact Us page.

Each 5% (Working Interest)

For a successful commercial oil/gas well:

Completion of well......................$1,500.00

Total investment for a successful well. $3,000.00

Total cost for an unsuccessful well
Cost to "plug" or seal well......$1,500.00*

Total cost for Dry hole ($1500.00)*. Diamond A Energy Corporation will refund, to the investor, the portion on unused funds within 30 days after the well is "plugged".
*This is entirely tax deductible; see TAX BENEFITS

The Projections:

Table 1-A: The table below was derived from wells in the area of our lease and are intended only as a measurement of what those wells produce. No two wells are alike and no inference is made that our well(s) will attain similar results. Only the drilling of a well(s) and flow testing can ascertain production rates, if any.
