Dave Frederickson, President of Ticker Communications, Inc., announces that the annual general meeting scheduled for Friday September 30, 2011 at 9:30 am
at Bear Mountain Resort has been postponed.

A new meeting date, which will not include a share consolidation, will be set and shareholders will be updated in due course..
