Remember something here.. IF (and this is my speculative opinion only) the former "insider" is Carraway, he's probably hesitant to cough up anything that may implicate him in some impropriety that could bring further legal liability towards him.

So if the GRNO attorney is about to perform a "legal end-run" to break this log jam, I'm all for it. Do what has to be done and don't count on cooperation from any previous management of this company.
