I had been wondering why everything was so quite with this stock. I was going to ask but maybe some of you "in the know" already knew the "unwind agreement" was happening.

Very interesting reading. Wonder why this is really happening.

Guess that is why the stock went down, too. Appears there isn't any more company or am I wrong?
