Either we had small dilution or some warrants were exercised. Not bad though.

OS - 1,454,657,334
Float - 765,391,836
Restricted 689,265,498
Market cap based on today's close - 11.49m
Fully diluted market cap based on today's close - 15.79m

Actually a very respectable increase. Single digit percentage.

Outstanding warrants are 545,059,954

If all exercised OS will be 1,999,717,288 (2b to make it easy)

Ok now here is the weird part. There are no warrants issued with an expiration in October.

Not sure exactly the answer to this. Either those warrants have in fact been exercised (possible based on OS) or moved to another date of expiration. My money says exercised.

All in all as others have stated its shows confidence in the company if exercised.
