Looking closer @ the QMC/NanoAxis relationship...
I've been preparing for your (appropriately) valid questions Woofy...here goes.
!st , let me point-out that the new "Alliance" consists of what I'm given to understand , is a 3-part multi-facted relationship.
*A...NanoAxis will be a research partner with QMC in developing & bringing to market , a melding of the collective technologies of both parties. All together , 'in-vivo , in-vitro & ex-vivo med/pharma apps are envisioned & planned.
*B...NanoAxis will be an in-house customer , with QMC being their supplier of high quality , mass-producable TQD products , for NA's own use &/or re-sale to 3rd parties(presumably[?], at a discount & under the NanoAxis banner). This will generate near-term income ! I'm further given to understand that TQD's will not only supplement the NanoAxis QDot product offerings to commercial marketplace but , may replace their QDot catalogue offerings altogether (*yet to be determined). NanoAxis wants to be the best in the business & what better way to start than to offer the best QD products available[!?!]...QMC's TQD's. This will generate near-term income !
*C...NanoAxis will be the distributor for outside sales of QMC's TQD's. This may roll back under the functions listed in item 'B' (above)...I'm not totally sure about that facet of this relationship at this point but in any case; this 'will' generate near-term revenues...how much & at what rate$ , I know not but , 'revenues' never-the-less. NanoAxis already has an established customer base I'm told.
This is a lot so I'll save the rest of this layman's analysis for my next post...subjects; Nanosafety , the FDA & IP/Trade Secrets vs. patents and lastly , in-vivo vs. ex-vivo apps.
