"Per your quoted reply it specifically lists Andrew as a defendant with no mention of Wanderport as one. That would appear to clear them as a company. Which is polar opposite of your prior post."

You are misinterpreting the reply from AMF.

Where it says:

"The hearing follows the motion to be heard from the defendants IAB Media inc., Conseils Hilbroy inc., Jean-François Amyot, 6570542 Canada inc., Andrew Barakett."

it is referring to the hearing that happened earlier this week, which as Gold Icon specifically mentioned, was held at the request of the parties mentioned in that paragraph:

"Further to this decision, IAB Média inc., Jean-François Amyot, Conseils Hilbroy inc., Yannick Lessard, 6570542 Canada inc. and Andrew Barakett asked for a hearing."

The original PR from the AMF is quite clear - Wanderport are among those summoned to appear, and will need to be represented at the hearing that will commence on November 21:

"The publication of this press release constitutes the method of service authorized by the Bureau of a decision issued on July 11, 2011 pertaining to the following individuals and companies: Andrea Cortellazzi, Xavier Demontigny, Jacques Vallée, Excel Gold Mining inc., 9157-0945 Québec inc., 9198-6208 Québec inc., Proactive Computer Services, Neuro-Biotech inc. and Wanderport Corp. Decision 2009-026-001 is attached to this press release and is also available on the AMF website (in
French only) at www.lautorite.qc.ca/en/news-2011-pro.html under News."
