Actually William addressed this in a QnA session on the 1st of September.
(The QnA was not posted for various reasons having nothing to do with Mammoth Energy, but rather a misunderstanding among the people involved in asking the questions and the untimely departure of Brian, the Iron Clad Investor Relations representative.)
I was in on the call and William said that it went back to 2009 and that he had tried to address this issue of being on the chill list, directly with the DTC. He further said (as memory serves me) that after pursuing it for 6 months he was finally put in touch with DTC management and that they would not tell him why MMTE was on the chill list, nor how they could get off of that list.
The problem with posting this information, as received from William Lieberman, is that some that claim to want this information, upon receiving it, will simply change the song that they want William to dance to.
The remedy to this, as he stated, will be to uplist to a higher market.
Then the Question about the timeline of this happening with February being pointed out as the soonest qualifying time, William responded: "Yes by February OR the soonest opportune time before then".
What does that mean? You tell me. William has actually filled the filings, PR's, New releases, and even the LOI's with clues that we can see when we read between the line.
The compass keeps pointing NORTH, yet many refuse to see the forest for the trees. If you please.

GO MMTE Redwoods are Mammoth type trees.

Here is a post by Maxshocker from 2 weeks ago: it seems that Penson is the only clearing house that has made it an issue:

Here is a shocking article on how increasingly hard it is to get over the hurdle of DTC eligibility. If you read the whole thing you will be smarter or experience a brain cramp. Now imagine (after reading this) how hard it must be to get off the chill list if an Overcash type character previously landed you on the list.
(it is a juicy read, may as well have a cup of tea though).

I (actually my Mother) also found (2 weeks ago) an article that talked about the DTC NOT COOPERATING WITH COMPANIES to help them get off the non-DTC eligible list. It was a good read also however I view hundred of pages a day and can not find the direct link.
If you made it through the above link then kudos to you.

Summary: William is going to uplist at the soonest and best opportunity. As you know he has his hands full and that reminds me of something else he said.
One of his goals right now is to "improve shareholders investment".

Go MMTE

These words are mine. They are believed to be true. They have been smithed in the fires of research and hammered on the anvil of facts. IMO you would do well to purchase them. Caveat emptor.
