Here was the amount I calculated last Monday, and this is only using a speculation of the note being converted:

Using the amount of $60,000(balance of the note), and rounding very slightly(very), and
assuming that 3,269,000 shares were already converted, we will subtract that amount:

60,000/.0034= 17,647,000 shares -3,269,000 shares= 14,378,000 shares coming into the market

60,000/.0049=12,245,000 shares - 3,269,000 shares= 8,976,000 shares coming into the market

60,000/.0064=9,375,000 shares - 3,269,000 shares= 6,106,000 shares coming into the market

As of today:

60,000/ .0044=13,636,364 shares - 5,729,134 shares= 7,907,230 shares coming into the market

60,000/ .00565=10,619,469 shares - 5,729,134 shares= 4,890,335 shares coming into the market

60,000/ .0069=8,695,652 shares - 5,729,134 shares = 2,966,518 shares coming into the market

I will assume that the outstanding share count is currently 57,268,357. Given that assumption, and applying a 4.99% conversion limit equates to 2,857,691 shares. If we assume that a conversion came thru at or around my average number(.00565), then we can also assume that roughly $32,000 has been taken off the $60,000 note balance leaving a balance of $28,000. If they converted, on Friday, 2,857,691 shares, using the conversion value(.00565), another $16,000 would be subtracted off the note balance, leaving only $12,000 as a balance. These are tempered numbers, but what I am getting at is that this should be the last week to accumulate if so. If they hold off selling the last conversion into the market til after a contemplated merger happens, then there should be just a few days left. One other note, I am not including the interest in these figures, trying to keep it simple.

Will look at the sale amounts of those block trades later(my count is seven). That tells another story. And as you can see by the above figures, there is an argument that can be placed on the note being completely converted already. I don't think so though(hoping at least it is not).
