Thanks for being a shareholder, Fundtech Solutions, LLC incorporated in Texas is a company I was Managing Member (the sole member) of from October 2008 through March 22, 2011.

During this time I cultivated clients that where both private and public the Company invested money through a series of Notes or private placements.

We founded the purchase of several public companies RIGH, TGGI, and ALFE we provided financing to all of these companies for growth and operations, the money was our own money we invested directly into these companies as we did for another company AMNE. For AMNE we funded that company with about $1.2 million through private placements and the purchase of debt and judgments the company had.

During my time with Fundtech I tried various methods until I figured out the best method for funding companies while making large returns, I sold Fundtech Texas because I became the largest shareholder of RIGH and did not want to lock down the debt that exists.

Although I do not own Fundtech Solutions, LLC i am still in contact with the Managing Memeber of Fundtech Solutions, LLC incorporated in Florida, this company owns approximately $700,000 plus in aged debt.

At this time this about all I can tell you I believe more will become clear within the coming weeks.
