Appears to me that my shares of XCEL are as valuable as Enron shares. I will keep them because the small transaction fee to sell them is more than they are worth. But I am not upset as I viewed the shares as a complete gamble and knew there was little chance of making any profit. Sort of like betting on roulette. :)
