if you do some reading, you will find the info you are looking for in one of the last 2 10q's. i remember one of the 10q's clearly stating the amount of financing they have received, obviously up to the point when the 10q was released. i dont remember exactly from whom, but Valcom recieved one million in financing with a option for two more. out of the first one million, they were going to use 200,000 for buying back stock.
there was some news somewhere that the buyback had begun and that they would be purchasing stock throughout the year 'at prevailing market prices'. even though they said that they would be doing it till the end of the year, we started seeing huge block buys at close. when i say 'huge block buys' i mean like a million shares or more on consecutive days. the total amount of shares came out to like 5 million or something i think. i didn't add them up, i just took a mental note.
$200,000 / 0.04 =~= 5,000,000 shares
$200,000 / 0.05 =~= 4,000,000 shares
$200,000 / 0.10 =~= 2,000,000 shares
imo i think we are bottomed out, i think our new launch pad is gonna be around 5 or 6 cents.
