According to U.S. Fuel Corporation the update concerning the meeting in KY last week is contingent upon approval by the State of Kentucky and the state representatives involved in the progress of the CTL plant and the state's involvement with it's development. The meeting evidently went extremely well for all participants, and the details will be made public as soon as it is agreed to what is allowed to be made public. I think it is obvious that the state has a serious desire to do all it can to expedite everything involved in completing the project, and the benefits to the state are tremendous, ie: Jobs, long term revenues from production and sales, and I would guess, access to State and Federal funds earmarked for these types of projects.

Further, the State of Kentucky's approval of any news gives credibility to whatever it is that is made public as it validates the details.

Looking forward to seeing this.

BTW, AGAIN......Anybody can call the U.S. Fuel Corporation office and get the same info just posted here. Rather than speculate and prognosticate one way or the other, that is far and away the BEST way to keep everything above board.
