I think if you are Chinese and you cook up the books/embezzle money/poison people/erc and give China a bad reputation that is advertised all over rhe market place all over the US and Canada you could be arrested, prosecuted and sentenced to DEATH. Looks like the CEO might be in big trouble and might have left the country before things get too hot to handle--JMO.

Of course, if the company is found innocent of any wrongdoing they can sue the Muddy Waters bigmouth with criminal and civil charges to put him in prison for many years and to take away all the money he has earned during his lifetime--that means leave him pennyless! That would be good for the holders of this stock!
