GRBT- ***** MUST READ *****

Why so much NEGATIVITY towards GRBT, when it's clear the NEGATIVITY is misguided???

Why are some attempting to turn everything that could be positive into a NEGATIVE???

My history - I got suckered into HISC, HISU (whatever) with the thought that it was long term investment. The Cybertracker really looked like a winning product. From there it all went downhill.

The same clowns are still around either up front or behind a door and there is no chance that any of this is any more legit than the Cybertracker was.

Why GRBT could be a great stock???

1. GRBT has a CEO with experience

Mr. Baxter retired from General Motors after 40 years of service. He held many executive positions in product development, manufacturing, assembly and planning in the US, Canada and Asia. Some of the positions Mr. Baxter held included Global Chief Engineer - Manufacturing; Director Advanced Vehicle Development; Body Chief Engineer as well as numerous leadership roles at component and assembly plants globally. He has a Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from General Motors Institute, Flint, Michigan (GMI, now known as Kettering Institute) a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Mc Master University, Hamilton, Ontario, and a MBA from Sloan School of Management, MIT, Cambridge, MA, where he was a Sloan Fellow.

2. CEO came in and took controlling interest

July 17, 2009- Len Baxter took controlling interest by purchasing DVWG stock from Brian Riley, Ian Riley and Fred Wicks.

GRBT has accomplished more than a number of stocks currently trading higher.

GRBT has also generated more income than some of these same stocks

GRBT has only released two p.r.'s in 2011 (I guess no one can claim the company releases "fluff" p.r.'s)

Look at KGRI, SEVEN reverse splits...currently trading higher

Look at some of these companies reporting higher net income losses than GRBT and still trading higher

Look at EVXA a stock with a 10B float and a 100B A/S trading higher than GRBT

When I look at the technology GRBT has developed and the income generated it's clear there is huge potential.

Some would complain about the A/S increase to 5B and how GRBT didn't p.r. that information.

However, no one complains about the income being generated not being released in a p.r.

Some say GRBT is a stock selling scam!

I say, if GRBT is a stock selling scam, why didn't they release the income being generated in a p.r. in an attempt to dump shares?

If GRBT is a stock selling scam, why did officers go over a year without being paid any salary?

Some say GRBT increased the A/S to dump shares when clearly the financials show that the shares were need for stock conversion.

If you look at the disclosures you will see that GRBT has not received any direct investment from the sale of stock ( preferred or common ) in over 15 months, before we applied for the patent.
(Does this sound like the actions of a stock selling scam?)

It's easy to listen to the negative comments posted and think that the things being said are all true.

The fact is, all the negativity is coming as a result of what took place with Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. and not what's currently taking place with GRBT. (The quote at the beginning clearly proves that)

The Bottom Line Is, It's Clear GRBT Has Huge Potential

1. Company reducing debt after sell the rights to patent

2. Company is currently evaluating a proposal that has potential to provide ongoing revenue and provide support for further technology development.

3. Good share structure

4. Company has PROVEN ability to develop new technology

VERY GOOD POSSIBILITY OF A MERGER

Go GRBT!!!!!
