The assay report was done by Advanced Laboratories, Inc. under LAB NO. 30255-01. Advanced Laboratories, Inc. is very legit as it is indicated from their website below that they are FDA registered:

The EXTO/Bayport Corporation PR also stated that they are going to place a copy of the Test Certificate of the assay report on the company's website to view.
