I have just not ever figured out how I read things so differently.

He (Martel) is doing the same thing that he is required by law to do. Represent the company when the day comes. Allegations against Andrew are just that in the mean time, let the court present their evidence first then you get your chance to speak.

Seems to me that day came around July 21, 2011.

Just what part of " Wanderport Corp., " as one member in a comma separated list, mentioned equally as all the others, is so hard to see ? If what you say does apply to Andrew how does it not also apply to Wanderport Corp. ?
