Well one might think they are dealing with reality but it might just be faith. Now we all know faith is not reality.

Some people believe that man has only been on this earth 7,000 years or even that this world is less than 10,000 years old. They think that is a fact. It's not and if they are not convinced by science then they don't believe in science. Others believe that someone visited this planet 4 trillion years ago and they know who it was and his name. Still others believe that after jesus died upon his resurrection he came to New World (N American and/or S America) and visited the Jews who settled here over 2,000 years ago and have sent out teams to find evidence of this.

All those people think they are facts but they are nothing more than articles of faith that show some dysfunction in their thinking capability to be adults and believe that. Just like many believe that Mary was a virgin who gave birth to jesus. Of course then it must of been common to have virgin birth back then as many other religions had their mother of their god also be virgins who also had three wise men visit upon the gods birth and also had their god die on a cross and also resurrected to the sky three days later. Those stories were common of many religions in those days and much earlier.

So I'd say many who wrap themselves in those beliefs are not reality based.

There are many people who think they are reality based but are not so it's not believing if they are but if they are.
