Can anyone answer this question...Why are Registered Shares DL for SNRY trading in Germany on the Stuttgart Exchange?

https://www.boerse-stuttgart.de/en/factsheet/equities/overview.html?&sSymbol=ESE.STU

There have been no sells or buys
It looks as though they have only been in that market since July 14

I have no idea, myself.

It makes me ask...
Are they Mark Lev's shares?
Are they in escrow for Seimens...who will move their partnership from Arava Power to Global Sun Partners if they R/M into SNRY?
Is Sandgrain Securities holding them there because of some kind of SEC regulations of the amount of time they can actually hold them?

Any ideas?

This is you, if you don't do your DD for yourself - so don't just listen to me!

Aaahhh, yes...the old penny ploy
