PATENT INFRINGEMENT LAWSUIT PLAYERS......

I had some spare time so I decided to make up a little list of all the companies named in this lawsuit and give the links to their websites. The first complaint named 4 companies:

Instead LLC http://www.smokeinstead.ca/ (also guilty by default)

Blec LLC http://www.blucigs.com/ (have decided to fight the patent and demanded a trial)

Sottera Inc. http://shop.njoy.com/ (they want the case dismissed due to previous a previous settlement agreement with Ruyan. The court has not ruled yet)

AND HERE ARE THE MOST RECENTLY ADDED TO THE SUIT. They are in the process of being served summons:

Load and Fold http://www.magicpuffer.com/

Janty USA LLC and Jeffery Orth(an individual) http://usa.jantyworld.com/

Gil Cyphert(an individual) http://nu1s.com/Reuse.aspx

Intellicig USA LLC http://www.intellicig-usa.com/

CN Creative ltd. http://www.intellicig.com/ (this is a UK company selling the same product as the US company)

ANOTHER WORD OF NOTE:
I noticed in the new court filing there are 10 other defendants named as "Does 1-10"(as in John or Jane Doe) besides the above named companies and individuals ! It seems there are still a few more players yet to be named here and Ruyan's attorneys are actively searching for them..... No more fooling around. Ruyan is going after everyone they can ! This is definitely one case to watch IMO. If Ruyan can prevail here the market for atomizing ecigs will be virtually monopolized by them.....
